How do they use it?;; (221 Words)
While a lot of cats are good at hunting, fishing, or fighting in CreekClan, Sharpice is good at something else. He is very good at persuading another cat, or a group of cats, towards a specific opinion. He can use this skill positively and negatively, it all depends on his opinion on the subject he is voicing about. He is very good at explaining the benefits of thinking one way, whether or not those benefits will actually be achieved or not.

He starts by collecting a large group of cats, saying he will discuss a subject, but does not voice his opinion on the subject. He gathers cats of both standpoints and cats who are in the nurteal about it and begins to talk. He starts by addressing the problem and why it affects them, CreekClan, directly, or how it can affect them in the future. Then, he discusses everything they can earn by thinking one way. He is really good at crafting up ideas. After, he opens the debate to other cats, and it usually is a big band of cats agreeing with him after he shares his opinions. The debate is usually open for cats to discuss their own opinions and any questions or doubts they may have, which Sharpice answers. The answer might now always be honest though.

How do they use it?;; Every cat has their own skill that they are good at; some are good at persuading others, some are good at hunting or fishing, some can even start fires or have the ability to speak other languages.

Harewhisker also has his own special skill that he's better at than any other cat in the clan; navigation. This cat has spent many nights staring at the night skies above them and has since learned how to navigate the world in order to find his way home or back to a particular location simply by referencing the skies above him.

This is an unusual skill to have in the clan, as many of the cats prefer to leave trails for themselves when they go out and travel during the day, but this young tom has managed to master this skill of his and even take into account the changes in the skies at different times of the year.

How do they use it?;;
Salmonsplash mainly uses fire for cooking his fresh-kill. The other PetalClan cats seem perfectly fine with cold, raw food, but Salmonsplash finds that cooked food tastes significantly better. Besides cooking his food, Salmonsplash also uses fire for entertainment. The tom will start a small, carefully-controlled fire in one of the rockier areas of the canyon, and then deposit leaves into the flames to watch them burn. Watching the leaf slowly curl and blacken from the heat is surprisingly entertaining.

Salmonsplash's favorite use for fire is still experimental. He and Doveflame have been working together to find a way to safely incorporate fire into her dances. Their most successful experiment so far involves half-soaking a stick in water, so that only half of the stick burns. Unfortunately, the stick dries off too quickly, and Doveflame has almost been burned on multiple occasions.

The negative effect that Salmonsplash's fire obsession has on his daily life is that he spends less time hunting and patrolling than he should. PetalClan lives in a meadow, so wood is hard to come by. This means that Salmonsplash has to walk all the way to the forest outside the border, and then all the way back with a mouthful of wood. On average, Salmonsplash visits the forest about twice a day. This frustrates Sorrelstar to no end, and she's politely voiced her opinion of his use of time many times. Salmonsplash understands her frustration, but is certain that his discoveries will benefit the future of PetalClan.

How do they use it?;;
Ashkit crunched through the fallen pine needles, her dainty steps matching her small size. She was only three moons old, but already completely independent. That was out of necessity, though, since the words of prophecy she spoke only a moon ago had caused her to be cast out from her clan. If only she knew what they had been! A trancelike state had overcome her, and she remembered nothing. The look on her single litter mate's face though--it had spoken volumes. He reported her vision to the leader, and the last thing she saw was her mother yowling, held back as her kit turned and walked away.

She wasn't sure why, but she hadn't felt the need to fight her exile. A sense of peace had come over her and she knew she was doing the right thing. It was the same way she knew she was going the right way now, her steps purposeful as she trudged through the autumn forest. There had been a human city near her old clan, but her path had taken her away from them, and she hadn't seen any since. She knew that she would see more before she reached her destination. Each afternoon she would sit down when the sunlight caught her surroundings just right, and the light refracted before her eyes. The first few days, the same trance would come over her, leaving her with no memory of what had transpired. But slowly, she had started to remember a little bit more each time. Someday soon, the full picture would form, or at least she hoped it would.

On this particular afternoon there were clouds heavy in the sky, threatening rain. Ashkit sat down anyway, and much to her surprise the vision still came. When she gained awareness again she had the impression of another cat looking back at her, framed against the trees. The top of its ear looked clipped off, but before she could really notice much, it was gone. She shook herself, immediately heading in the direction she had seen the vision appear. It seemed more and more urgent that she follow the path that the visions were laying out for her. What did she have to expect at her destination? She didn't know. But the scrub on the ground turned to trees, and the trees turned to an entire forest and she followed them up toward mountains that were forming in the distance, day after day.

Ashpaw, as she had granted herself on her journey, had seen the moons go by. Her vision was clear now, the same thing each time. It had been a long trek, but she was sure now that it was almost over. When the head of a cat popped around a tree and looked directly at her, green eyes wide and its ear clipped at the top, she did not hesitate. "Autumn," she meowed. "A storm comes with no rain. The desert knows the way."

How do they use it?;;

don’t get ahead of us now, it isn’t that she fluently speaks bird as you might think, it’s that she has learned enough to be able to signal to them basic things. for instance, say that she notices a hawk above the plains, she would then proceed to “chirp” out a common warning to the birds around her. sparrowsong has developed an uncanny attachment to the creatures, watching over them and trying to assist them to the best of her ability.

she hasn’t ever consumed any bird whatsoever, the sight of one deceased makes her stomach upset just with the thought that one of her clan mates will do such. sparrowsong has tried time and time again to get her clan mates to try and focus on other sources of prey, such as the many mice and fish that are easily available. those closest to her have actually, knowing how much it pains the gentle she-cat to practically lose a friend.
