Tearing her family apart, destroying the only friends she had, she was left covered in dust, when a blue jay happened upon her. Seeing the pain that was inflicted on such a sweet Jenny, he plucked a feather from his tail and bestowed it to her. Now she wears this feather with pride and a symbol of war. The feather adorns her mane, reminding her of a beacon of hope that came at her darkest hour, the kindness shown by a stranger.
