Specifics: I based this off of these two palettes... and my plush Narwhal. I spent way longer on the spots and swirls than I meant to - but they did turn out nice.
I wanted this to look like a beach. Could you make the design coastal and like a beach? Maybe some Vaporeon vibes thrown in there? Maybe a horn like the my narwhal's horn? Something like that, anyways.EDIT: Forgot to add in - if there's any way to add a glowing marking of some sort to the eevee, that would be great. I'm a sucker for glowy things and holographic stuff. XD
