Howdy ! welcome to the semi-custom part of the opening event ! It's really simple, to participate just color in the pokeball, wait for an artist to claim it and ask to be added, then get an eevee based off the design you created ! You get one semi-custom, and this custom cannot be traded or gifted away and must remain in your home. We'll try to make sure every pokeball colored gets claimed !
