She loves the sweet scent
of the air the most. Everything
seems so much happier and
bright in spring. She loves to
garden and takes care of many
flowers and succulents. They all
bloom best in the springtime.
It's her favorite temperature,
too -- not too warm yet not
too cold. Everything just seems
so perfect in spring.

Etsuko is quite bubbly and
friendly to those she knows well,
though quite shy and timid to
everyone else. She finds the most
peace in the garden, alone and
singing to herself. Some think
she may even sing to her plants!
She denies this though and often
doubts her singing skills. She gets
super upset when a plant becomes
unwell or dies. She's even canceled
plans with close friends because her
flowers had died! She's a very deeply
caring person, especially towards
those she loves and the plants she
grows.

Spring is the season of new beginnings. Aiko loves nothing more than spending this warm time with her family. They love to spend entire days in the kitchen, making Japanese desserts. There is nothing quite like waking up to the smell of fresh mochi.
