Tripp has always been fond of his brother. He looks up to the other, and if you asked he'd tell you Tumble hung the moon. When he was younger he never understood why people took issue with his brother's frequent mishaps, chalking it up to just another of his brothers quirks, but once he was old enough to realize he became quick to jump to his brother's defense any time someone voiced anything remotely rude about his tumbles.

He strives to be as generous and caring as his brother, admiring the traits immensely. While being just as quick to help, he instead often find himself jumping in to stop others from taking advantage of his brother's good will. Tripp wants so much to be like his big brother, but he seems content to sit back and let his brother be the caring individual he is, hovering nearby to ward off those who would want to use Tumble's kindness to their advantage.

Answer: everybody has those days. where one thing after another just keeps going wrong. bumble has them a little more than most; from the usual coltishness of foalhood, to sharing a naturally klutzy disposition with her brother tumble, to never growing into those funny things called legs. there's plenty of stories that one could tell about her misadventures. there is one in particular, however, has gone down in solK history:

two quick facts about dear clumsy bambi bumble: she loves baths, and is terrified of spiders.

it was during one memorable bathtime, it just after a member of solK staff had finished sponging down her face and shampooing her and was turning on the hose, that bumble saw it. a particularly large, dark eighty-legged beastie that had been disturbed by the movement of the washing equipment. and it was. coming. right. towards. her.

she did what any sensible tolter in her position wold do.

she panicked.

she flailed. knocking over a water that had been used for sponging down her face, managing to send the warm water over the legs of the person bathing her; it landed on the spider, which escaped to somewhere darker when the bucket was lifted but the true cause at least was known. and over one of the resident feline residents who had been napping nearby, and responded to the rude awakening with an almighty yowl that caused bumble to rear up - it was, to her, the sound of a spider on it's way to attack.

she was not the first tolter to be washed in the line-up, and though the water had been brushed away after each tolter, the ground was still slightly damp and the hose had also been turned on her. as she came down from rearing she slipped. she injured her front left leg pretty badly - and though she recovered well, she has been left lame in that leg and cannot be ridden, much like her dam, whisky.

not being able to be ridden or compete has never gotten her down. she's perfectly content with keeping her fellow tolters and the other various creatures that are a part of the solK family company in the pasture. and while still as clumsy as ever, she has - thankfully - never damaged herself as badly as that day again.

Tumble heard this song from when his handler sings sometimes.
He's always remembered this one verse and always sang it to Missy when the world was crashing down on her,
he showed her that she will never be alone and that he will always be there for her.

Missy and Tumble are as close as siblings can get. They have their moments, but every sibling does.
Sometimes they act like they hate each other but they never can. They love each other too much.
They don't have a rivalry as far as their handler knows but you can always see them tumbling over each other
in the pasture.

Missy stays close to her brother, especially since he tumbles... a lot. She sticks up for him when he gets picked on,
she might be tiny but she is powerful with words...and her head. Don't mess with her brother unless you want to get into trouble.
They are both really thankful for one another and wouldn't know what to do without the other.
Tumble's life would be boring without his little sister around and Missy's life wouldn't be as fun without her brother in it.

Missy loves to jump on top of Tumble when he's laying down and trying to relax and Tumble likes to kick dirt at Missy when she's
trying to relax. When their not busy or in the stables, they are always getting into some sort of trouble.
The last time they got into trouble was when they kicked hay all around the stable and their handler had to put them in their
stable until the mess was all cleaned up.
They would never hurt each other though, not on purpose anyway.

When the world begins to crush Missy, Tumble is always there to lift her up. To pick herself back up.
He doesn't push her though. He lets her take her time.
Because he knows what it’s like to have the world come crushing upon you and push you down till you feel like nothing.
He knows how it feels to be alone in that time and he doesn’t want her going through it alone.
So he’ll gently sing her the verse until she feels better.

When Missy was off to meet her new handler she was upset. Because she thought this would be the last time she ever saw her brother.
But it wasn’t.
She loved her new handler! She was very nice and fed her many treats like peppermint and sugar cubes.
And turns out her handler and her brothers handler always made play dates for them! So they always got to see each other.
Even in the world of many possibilities, you never know which ones you’re gonna get.
Missy and Tumble just got lucky with their possibilities.
She also got to meet her new friend Bambie.
But that's another story for another time.

Missy is older now and has seen how cruel the world can be to just one horse.
It's not fair. The world has never been fair.
But that's the part where you have to figure it out.
You can change it.
And Missy can change it with her brother.
They both have the strength and power, they can't let anything stop them.
And as long as they have each other, they will change the world that's right underneath their hooves.

They will never be alone
Because as long as they have each other,
The world isn’t such a bad place after all.

♥ congrats! oh gosh, this was actually the hardest thing i've ever judged because i felt so much responsibility to match the perfect sibling duo together. i think this is incredibly sweet c: please let me know what halter colour you would like and i'll reveal missy's adult form!
