Oh Tom one day I'll be brave enough to tell you how I really feel until then I'll just write it here in hopes I'll one day give this to you with those fluttery butterflies in my stomach and my face dusted in pink. I love the way your olive eyes shine whenever you talking about something you like, how your freckles lay across your nose and pointed cheeks. I love the way your dark hair is always a perfect mess and how it sometimes gets in front of your eyes and you run your hands through your hair.

There's so much I can say about how much I love you; though I'm positive you only see me as a friend I can't stop thinking of what it would be like to cuddle up close to you and watch a movie, to fall asleep in the middle of the movie your arms around me. It makes me red just thinking about it and it makes my heart a fast pitter-patter like how rain sounds on the pavement. How I wish I could hold your hand as we walk around town; you in your plain t-shirt and those glasses that look so amazing on you. I don't think you realize how much you mean to me Tom; someone like you is as rare as a shooting star. I think you are my shooting star; a wish that came true, you're everything I could possibly dream of and it makes my heart ache that I cannot tell you this.

I want to shout and sing from the rooftops about you make me feel weak whenever I hear your laugh, or the how when we lay next to each other and you ramble about unimportant things but I listen to every word, amazed. Tom, I do one-day hope to tell you this but for this valentines day I think I'll wait another year; I've been hoping for months I could tell you and I suppose I should wait a bit longer.

Description: Although the card itself is nothing special, it is obvious that the sender (whoever they were) made sure the message of the card was very personal. There is no attempt at humor, only a pure and honest description of the sender’s love, albeit a rather lonely one. Whoever it was... they certainly miss the recipient..

Regardless of the fact that I won't sign this, you probably know it's me. I've been thinking about you, since I had to leave... I wrote for you. About you

I trust you with my secrets. Even if you gave them away, you'd still have my heart. And if you tore it to shreds? You'd still rule my life. Even if you ended my life, I'd have loved you every single moment along the way- as my last breath escaped from my lungs, the light faded from my eyes, and my heart beat no more... what point is there in living a life without loving you?


It's raining here now, and I find I haven't written enough. There's no way I could, with only one note...
The Rain, to me...

Description:
A small plain envelope sits on your desk, tucked in beside your textbook. Curious, you open it to
find a hand drawn card with two donuts on the front. "I want you for a hole lifetime"
is written across the top. You smile at the silly pun the sender has used. Looking closer
at the donuts, you realize the colors they used match your fur. So then who is the sender?
You open the card, and in neat fancy writing, "Happy Valentine's!" is written. You look
down at the bottom of the card to see who sent it. "♥ Esther xoxo"?? You look around
the classroom, unsure of who your mysterious Valentine "Esther" is. Will you ever know?

Gaaaah I'm in love with your artwork!! Not like literally because that's weird
but you get what I mean. From all the way back to Plumerians, your art has gone
nowhere but up and I'm amazed to see what you can do these days! Your most
recent NB is to die for, and I know you struggle with being satisfied with your
artwork and style, but you should be proud of how far you've come! Kalon staff
have themselves a wonderful nursery artist!!

Seren paused in her icing of the cookie to lick some of the icing off from her paw. It tasted faintly of strawberries, but not overpoweringly so. It was homeade, just like the cookies, and practically everything else in her kitchen.

The room was a mess. Freshly baked cupcakes and brownies were clustered together, and thanks to a recent spill, sprinkles littered the ground. Seren, in question, was covered head to toe in flour. If someone were to enter the kitchen, they'd see a ghost white kalon standing in a baked goods apocalypse.

It was the night before Valentine's Day, which Seren had completely forgotten about. Wanting to give something special and sweet to her crush, she was filling a basket with sweets. It was, after all, an excuse to bake. She could only hope that her valentine wasn't on a sugar free diet.

Hearing a beep from the oven, Seren quickly hurried over and took out a platter of chocolate chip cookies. She set them down next to the heart shaped sugar cookies that she had been decorating. She breathed in the delicious smell, before she continued icing the cookie. When she was done, she added hot pink sprinkles. Perfect.

She puttered around a bit for what she assumed was about an hour, before glancing at the time. Her eyes widdened. 1:00 AM. She realized with a start that she had gone a little overboard with the baking and decorating. She frantically gathered up the many treats and stuffed them in a basket. Satisfied, she went to bed.

Seren awoke the next day ready to greet the day. She got ready, making sure she looked nice, and pondered how she was going to give the basket to her special someone. Would she sign it, or leave it anonymous? Give it to them, or leave it for them to find?

With the thoughts still buzzing through her mind, she made her way to school, where she would present the gift. She was all ready, and walked with confidence. She could barely contain her excitement. It was going to be great.

It was as she was strolling along that she realized something. She hadn't made an actual Valentine card. Panicking, she grabbed a conveniently near sheet of paper and the first pen she found (which was, miraculously, pink). She scribbled a quick message, and hastily added a heart. Much better.
