Story: (Word count: 226) Courage was out following a large hoard of butterflies. Name any butterfly, and he'd guarantee it was in there. Anyway, Courage continued on his merry way, when he tripped on a rock. This wasn't just any rock, however. It was radiating a strange yellow light. Getting up, he leaned in closer to examine it. "I've never seen a rock like this before..." Courage sniffed at it, forgetting about the butterflies. He, then, licked the rock. "It's sweet!" The horse plopped down instantly, and stuffed the rock, dirt and all, into his mouth. While he was enjoying his snack, the hoard of butterflies smelled the sugary rock too, and flew towards the aroma. Courage, still quite enveloped in his rock, didn't notice the loud humming of wings. The butterflies looked around for their supposed snack, but couldn't find anything. Then, the bugs saw Courage's horn, and thought that's what they were looking for. Quietly, they went behind the horse and struck! Courage started bucking, out of pure panic. Eventually, they flew away. "Terrible bugs..." He sobbed, trotting back to his stable. Once inside, the horse went over to his water trough. All that bucking sure made him thirsty! Courage glanced at his reflection in the water before drinking, but as soon as his appearance registered, he spat out the water in his mouth. "My horn is missing!"

Story: Aerominus was a very cruel leader, he ruled by intimidation and violence towards the mares and foals of his herd. However, a young stallion was born to a mare named Berryl. Aero never thought that the young stallion, Cezhe, would cause his demise. The fight occurred on a rainy day. Aero ultimately lost in the end, banished and bearing the pitiful scar of a broken horn. Cezhe was now leader. A leader not like Aero, who ruled with kindness and compassion.

Interesting read ~

Congrats! If you wish, you may now add your destral to the archives (main post). You are now also able to order custom mares and try out for mare adoptables.
