Contrary to popular belief, I hate green onions. Being named after them *and* surrounded by them constantly, I completely detest them. (I work at a ramen shop, don't get me started.)
I do however, love red vegetables. Specifically thai peppers. There's something so nice about the spiciness! Its like a thrill ride. I would talk about the flavor more, but I honestly don't know too well what they taste like; my tongue goes numb every time I eat them. I add them to just about everything I can. Burritos, soups, et cetera. You name it and I've probably tried it.

Favorite vegetable? Why?; Artichokes! Sultan thinks these vegetables are really tasty. He has them for dinner every Sunday. Now, the best thing about Artichokes is how long they last for. You peel away the first layer and go nom nom nom, and then you have so many layers left! And in the end, there's the Artichoke heart to look forward to. Another thing is that artichokes taste really good with lots of different things - dips, pizza, tacos! Sultan grows artichokes in his allotment and all in all, he just loves them.
