How do I purchase a common full custom?

when the farmer's market is open, you can purchase one there! unfortunately it's closed right now, but until then you can enter competitions to get a buttermilk. let me know if you have any other questions c:

sorry, i didn't realize that's what you were asking! i'm not sure if there's an exact price set for it yet, but it should be in terms of milk bottles.

Also I see the rules say "• You can not make your own Buttermilk unless a MYO ticket is purchased in the Farmer's Market."

Are these not just cows? You can't really stop someone from making a cow character.

Hey there! I'm not a staff member, but I believe I can answer your questions. Customs are not yet available though will eventually be able to be purchased from the Farmer's Market using milk bottles when it opens. Milk bottles can be acquired by doing art, writing, gift lines, etc. Until then, the only way to get a buttermilk is to apply for adopts or breed your current cows (unless you can get permission to use someone else's heifer and someone's bull to breed yourself a calf). This really isn't too much as applying for adopts is generally required in almost every single adoptables community, yet of course, if you don't enjoy it, you don't have to apply for any and can wait until the Farmers Market opens. In terms of not being able to make your own, nobody is at all stopping you from making a cow character; you just can't create anything on these specific cow lines or have the cow character be considered an official "buttermilk" as the lines were created specifically for this adopt community, not for other outside cow characters.

yep, this is all correct! here's a link to the farmer's market if you want to read what's been done so far. don't be too stressed about applying for buttermilks if you really want one: the competitions can be as simple as naming competitions or short raffles! as far as making your own cow character, feel free, but you won't be allowed to use buttermilk lines/lore/name or use that character in the community (breeding, events, headcanons, etc.)

There aren't any open adopts right now, but when a new one comes out it will be posted without a collar. Click the adopt and the artist will post a competition type! So just keep an eye out on this thread for new adopts.
