Appearance: If possible, a blue merle (like this but without the white), but with galaxy/nebula where some of the black patches would be. A black facial mask (here), and grey eyes. Pale grey on the underside of the tail and the stomach, and black from the front paws to the middle of the front legs.

Sorry if that was really specific or too detailed! If it's too much for free, then just the merled galaxy would be fine!
