In a manner of speaking, Tejs spreads body positivity through the use of his rainbow designs.

Tejs is a tattoo artist by profession. He works seven days a week, for a small independent company based out of a little parlor in his hometown.

Not very small in build himself, Tejs has become a huge supporter of body positivity. He has had a lot of trouble with his own, especially with his weight. So far, he has managed to lose quite a bit of weight through diet and exercise, but with fluctuations in weight comes the appearance of stretch marks. Tejs knows firsthand how embarrassing stretch marks can be. And he is very used to seeing others do their absolute best to hide theirs. Even some of his customers did so. He certainly did.

As time passed, Tejs hated to see his friends and customers so embarrassed about their own bodies. He had spent far too long the same way. He hated hiding himself, too.

He decided to turn the marks into something his customers won't want to hide anymore. He does this by tattooing them in rainbow.

Tejs lets the marks decide the pattern, and simply adds the colour. In this way, he helps the customer understand that the perfect design was already there, just waiting to be appreciated. Instead of something to be ashamed of, Tejs turns these marks into something the customer can be proud of. He helps show them the natural beauty in something commonly given a negative stigma.

Tejs can tell you from experience that these tattoos do wonders for one's own body positivity. After all, his body is now covered with these beautiful rainbows.

When I'm on the dance floor, it's like time stops. The colors, the sounds, everything is mesmerizing.
It's peaceful, to just close your eyes and let the music take a hold of you.
Swaying your hips back and forth, to the sound of your favorite song. Rainbow lights flashing over the crowd.

Love

I absolutely love it.
The music, the people, the atmosphere. Everything about being here is amazing.
It's a place where I feel the most at home, with like minded people who I can just be myself around.

We are all one on the dance floor, looking out for each other and just making sure everyone is having a wonderful time.
Iv'e made many friends here, friends for a lifetime.

My favorite thing to do, is to make bracelets full of wonderful colors. Colors of the rainbow.
When you make a new friend, you give them a part of yourself. A part of your collection.

"Peace,Love,Unity,Respect" I say, pulling a bracelet from my arm to theirs.
They do the same to me.
Collecting kandi from all my friends, creating a skew of colors up and down my arms.
That is my favorite way to make the perfect rainbow.

he paints marvelous rainbows all over New York City during the black of night, and uses spray cans to portray his masterpieces. many witnesses describe his art as swirls of color with a mixture of fluff and lightness. people often wonder who creates them, but no one truly knows because vince has a habit of fleeing right after he is done

vince has social anxiety and has a very hard time talking to people, so he uses art to talk. he lurks new york’s dark alleyways, waiting for the perfect spot to form his new idea.

much of his art is based on childhood experiences. he got picked on a lot even when he was in the closet because his awkwardness always got the best of him. there was this one boy named andrew and he loved him very dearly. he never did tell him how he felt and he regrets it to this day. vince paints his regret and it reflects in the many vaguely drawn pieces of andrew all over the city
