It makes him want to watch others scream, not in pain of course, but from fear.

He is clumsy and forgetful, but others don't truly think he is innocent and believe he does all this intentionally. He wants to be angelic but is unintentionally devilish. His attempts to help others usually end in disaster and more work for those he is trying to help. He is quiet, shy, and tries to be nice but he is insecure due to the views of him and the rumours spreading around about him due to his clumsy and forgetful traits. So in a way, he is both.
