Depends, there are two pups in that lineart wich design wouldn't be so well shown. An example is the pup that usually is seen behind the female wolf... So unless edits are made to the linearts, people would have problems when doing art for the adoptables...
Yes i will be creating all new linearts for these pups :] as to give them different personalities other than the default. Im not limited or obligated to use my original lines

Yes you may re-use anything yo wish, though for stories i advise you to change to match the pup you are applying for. If you post the same story and it doesn't match the pup or make sense then you wont really have a good chance, because it shows that you dont really care, they are just one in a million to you, and that they are all the same (which they are not just like people, fingerprints, tiger's stripes, none of us are exactly the same even though we might be similar).
