Cat Name: Dappledblossom
Clan: Tumbleclan
Rank: Warrior
Gender: Female
Age: 27 Moons
Family?: Dappledblossom never really knew the true meaning of family till she had come across Alderstar. Before then, she had lived with her so called "family". She had been abandoned by her original parents when she was only 2 moons old and had been taken in by a group of savage cats. These cats often took advantage of Dappledblossom, peer-pressuring her into doing battles and mocking her when she didn't follow their commands. "Come on, Blossom! Why won't you attack them. They're weaker than you... or are you just a coward?" "You're such a kit, Blossom. There are no 'Ancestors' to punish you for stealing that mother's kits".
She longed for an escape from the group, but she knew if she did they'd find her and wouldn't let her eat prey for an entire 2 days. She tried convincing herself that she was at fault and they were treating her right. The thoughts would always keep nagging at her, "They aren't even your original family, don't do this to yourself." "Your better off running away, you'll be free. Don't you want that?". "SHUT UP!" Blossom yowled to herself. Her two so-called 'parents' had turned to her, a look of pure confusion on their face. "Are you talking to me?" hissed her "sister", "No.." Blossom stuttered, stepping back, "N-no of course.. not". And the family continued their hike through the wood. Occasionally Blossom's sister and brother would give her a glance. Finally when the moon had risen in the inky black sky and stars began popping out like fireflies, the broken family had stopped to rest. As Blossom had begun to get situated on her nest of leaves and feathers from a blue-jay they had hunted. Her eyelids felt like all of her troubles had been placed in them, ready to doze off she slumped to her side. "Hey" she heard the raspy voice of her father whisper in her ear. She jolted in response, and glared up in fear, "Uh.. Ye-Yeah, Dad-" "Don't call me that we both know your siblings can only call me that" he hissed in response. "S-S-Sorry... Cedar" she stuttered. "You better start acting grateful for us. We took you in, we can take you out". "I'd rather be taken out".
