Prompt: in japan the koi fish symbolizes luck and fortune, which koibreeze has experienced a lot of. she hasn't experiencesd much loss and has succeeded at many different tasks set out for her. the thing about koi fish is, they aren't always one colour.. sometimes they aren't even just orange and white. there are many different dimensions - many different colours - to this she cat. at first, she comes off as a sunny, breezy cat who is friendly and filled with a fun-loving story of adventure that sparks in her eyes. but, she holds a certain cunning to her ways. just like a fish, she's slippery and can wriggle her way around your walls and slip right out from your grasp. her sparkling eyes may turn darker as they fill with a sly glint of smugness.

Remus regarded the loud kitten not unlike a nasty smear. He had to stop himself from rolling his eyes as she blatantly demonized him.

Daystar merely soothed her with a, “As a former member of Tulane’s gang, he’s willing to work with us since he finds Tulane’s methods as suspect as we do. Please don’t antagonize our guest, Mallowpaw.”

But, Remus had to keep his cool. No use blowing his cover now. Tulane would just have to be patient, no matter how much the fat old tom wanted to rush the operation. Unlike his father, Remus knew the importance of finesse.

Later on in the day when Remus was alone with the leader, Daystar’s calm words hit Remus like a smack. “I know exactly who your father is, Remus.”

Remus’s stomach dropped as he turned wide eyes toward Daystar.

The tom unflappably looked out into his bustling camp like he hadn’t just dropped that bomb. Remus wished he could recede into his fur in that moment as Daystar’s cold, heavy gaze slid over to him. “You try anything, and I’ll send you back to Tulane in pieces.”

Thrushflight is friendly but cautious. He'll warm up to you quickly, but one betrayal and you're practically strangers again. It's nothing personal, nor does he do it out of malice or spite - he just simply finds it difficult to trust cats once they've betrayed his trust. You may be able to make amends, but it's unlikely he'll feel comfortable around you ever again. After being betrayed by his mother, who left him to fend for himself at just a few moons old because she didn't want to feed an extra mouth, Thrushflight is very cautious and picky about who he trusts.
Being a cat who values trust very much, there's no need to worry how trustworthy he is. He stresses himself out helping others and making sure he is trusted.
