CrowFeather was born a kitty-pet and lived with people who upheld a strict code of honour.

"Never Steal". He was not allowed to take any food that wasn't in his bowl (later this became a refusal to hunt on other clan's lands, permission given or not)

"Never Lie". They knew full-well who'd knocked everything off the shelf. Being honest and showing remorse lessens the punishment.

"Help Others". Whether this was putting the fish back in the bowl when Crowkit had taken him out (experimentally) or giving Crow his flea medicine whether he wanted it or not, everybody has to cooperate To Do The Right Thing!

Finally, "Do No Harm". In word and in deed, do not cause others stress or pain.

since he's twilightclan's medicine cat, it's his responsibility to take care of and heal the clan's cats. even if he ends up getting hurt.

- don't fall in love
his parents were a forbidden couple, and he's disgusted by the idea of that. he vowed to never fall in love, especially since it's forbidden because of his medicine cat position.
