#2 probably isn't that realistic in terms of the colors used.
(All the Seal Point pictures I've seen seem to be more black than brown.)
The "Mink" part of the name refers to the fact that the body and "points" are more similar in color than a regular pointed cat.
Since it's not possible for these two parents to produce a white kit...
(The dad has no white, and the mother's white comes from the fact that she's a colorpoint, not because she's carrying white)

Yes, albino cats can have blue eyes.
You're welcome to change them to pink if you feel that would seem more albino-ish.
