theyre based on the gold and silver beta sprites [they look so much like lil cats] + the fact that its Halloween soon so,, black cat hoppip !!

this hoppip is pretty cute! but they look.... super mischevious. I mean just look at that >:3c face. theyre planning something, whether its good or bad. of course, that's where you come in!

What are they planning?:
The little ‘kitty’ loves berries and small objects, sometimes shiny, so...Kuroi is a bad little boy, he knows it, but he can’t help taking things from others and trying to be sneaky about it. He’s seen the delicious berries being home grown, and other Pokemon getting to eat them, and so...he’s meaning to steal some soon, which is a naughty thing to do. He also knows some of the Pokemon have been given trinkets by their Trainers over time, and wants those as well.

What are they planning?: Coal perched deathly still on the little pedestal. He was waiting..waiting for the right moment.. and when the time came, he would spring! You may want an explanation. So i will explain. *Sigh..* I wish they payed narrators like they used to.. nobody appreciates a good narrator anymore.. "Hoppip! Hop! Hoppppp!!"1 (footnote) shouts coal, startling the narrator. Yikes! Okay, okay.. sheesh. So, Coal had set up this cool little prank with his friends, who were some other spoopy little boyos. They all had a post in town, where, on halloween night, they set up little pedestals outside their trainer's houses where they would stand as still as statues. Then, when trick-or-treaters would walk up, the naughty little pokemon would jump off their pedestals and scare the kids! And if the pokemon were lucky enough, the kids would drop some candy that the little pokes could eat! But for now.. Coal just lies in wait....
