Leela greets you in what seems to be a mermaid costume, and welcomes you to the first Luulo Adopts Halloween event! As you come closer to the small area, you see multiple booths, each very different from the other. At one, you see two twins bickering. At the next one, you see a suspicious witch with a pot of some sort. The next booth, you see a very well dressed Luulo handing out costumes! The next booth is run by a dark luulo, that seems to be in charge of apple bobbing, exciting! and at the final booth, you see a demon-like Luulo, whispering deals to others passing by her booth. Everything seems a little intimidating, but it looks like fun!
