Foxifae
Facts
Foxifae are fox-sized mammals that have been recently discovered in many different environments around the globe. Usually shortened to “foxi,” the furry marsupials typically are found to keep an item in their pouch that has special meaning and value to them. While there is a common and ‘default’ breed of foxi, several different subtypes with traits adapted to their specific environments have been observed and more are being discovered all the time! They produce a fairy-dust of sorts that allows for brief flight and levitation despite their wing stubs not being fully developed. They are social animals that exhibit very human-like emotions, and even more surprisingly, perform selfless and heartfelt acts of kindness for and to support not only their fellow foxi, but other animals and even humans as well. They thrive off the affection and care of each other and it seems that family is by no way limited to blood in their communities. In fact, it seems that they've even began accepting complete outsiders into their communities, allowing for unprecedented opportunities for research of these fascinating creatures. Will you join us in our research of this amazing community?

1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Cherries Jubilee
ingredients;
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
1/4 Cup of Cold Water
1/4 Cup of Orange Juice
1 lb of pitted, rinsed Bing Cherries (other dark, sweet cherries may be used)
1/2 Teaspoon of Finely Grated Orange Zest
1/4 Teaspoon of Cherry Extract
1/4 Cup of Brandy
3 Cups of Vanilla Bean Icecream
instructions;
Begin by whisking the sugar and cornstarch together in a wide saucepan. Stir
in the water and orange juice, bringing it to a boil over medium-high heat,
whisking the mixture until it thickens.
Stir in the cherries and orange zest, being sure to return it to a boil before
reducing the heat and letting it simmer for ten minutes. While the cherries
are cooking, you may spoon the ice cream into serving bowls.
Remove the cherries from the heat and stir in the cherry extract. Pour in the
brandy and ignite the cherries with a long lighter. Gently shake the pan until
the blue flame has extinguished itself.
Spoon the cherries over the bowls of icecream and enjoy!

Wilder's favorite flavor for anything is cherry. He adores it in candy, in
milkshakes and baked treats. Of course he also enjoys the fruit as well,
preferring the darker and sweeter cherries. He always hums to himself softly
as he bustles about the kitchen. He doesn't even bother looking at the recipe
any more, he knows it by heart. The movements are committed to muscle
memory as it is one desert he truly finds comfort in. His favorite part of the
creation is igniting the brandy to finish off the cherries perfectly.
