Yes, you may link off oekaki designs as extras, though the oekaki designs will be the deciding factor when I becomes time to appoint new artists!

if you have, say, a standard myo, are you allowed to use a uncommon edit while your myo is being made? or would you need to wait until your standard myo was finished before you could use an uncommon edit?

You could use the edit straight away while being made. Just make sure to provide proof of it as well as the myo proof in the official post.

You can use it on both unmade MYOs and premade kalons.
