aspen had wandered away from the camp.

why would aspen decide to go exploring on her own? she knew she could get lost. she knew something could happen to her. but at least something fun would happen, right? she heard a rustling in the bushes. okay, nevermind, this will not be fun, aspen thought to herself.

aspen jumped as a paw slapped the ground from out of the bush. she rolled her eyes and thought to herself, great, so now we're doing this? she took a deep breath. she tilted her head and said, "who's there?"

the red and white camper's face popped out of the bush. aspen's eyes widened a bit. the camper spoke surprisingly softly, "riku. i'm riku."

aspen nodded slowly. "i'm aspen. why are you out? do you know your way back to camp?"

"because i found some cool worms. and yes, i know my way back. i just don't want to go back," riku replied.

cool worms, aspen thought. huh. "why don't you come back with me? there are a whole lot of cool worms back at camp. i think that you'd like them," aspen suggested.

riku thought for a moment. "but i don't know what those worms look like. you might think they're cool, but i might not think they are."

aspen let out an exasperated sigh. she just wanted to get this guy back to camp. she didn't want him to be lost out here. "well then you'll have to trust me on this. i wouldn't lie to you or anything," aspen explained.

riku hesitated before slowly nodding. "okay, fine.. i'll come with you. but you have to promise to show me those worms! or i'll leave again!" he threatened.

aspen chuckled and nodded. "alright, i promise to show you. c'mon, let's go now."

aspen started walking back the path that she had found riku on. riku walked along behind her, suddenly feeling happy that someone had found him.

eloise was quiet as she approached the swamp, wanting to not disrupt the animals to which were harbored there. she sat herself on the edge, looking down into the water below. minutes past and eloise dazed off, the warmth of the sun cause sleep to lull her away. but she did not sleep for long, as a strong grunt and growl woke her. eyes flicked open, and landed on the boar, not but ten feet away and slightly hidden by the horticulture of the swamp. she was beautiful, at least to Eloise she was. she looked beautiful and strong, muscles showing beneath the marshy grass which hid her.

the boar did not move, instead watching eloise. eloise loved powerful animals, and wanted to see her come out from the marsh and truly expose her beauty and power.
