SHE FLIPS FLOPS THE SWITCH ON BUT IT AIN'T WORKING
"Man, I forgot to pay my electricity bills, again."
SO SHE JUST GETS A CANDLE
JUST WANTS TO CHILL AND READ HER NOW BOOK SHE BOUGHT CALLED DRACULA
BUT THEN AS SOON AS SHE SITS DOWN ON HER SOFA
SHE HEARS NOISES OUTSIDE
KIDS
SCREAMING
SHE LOOKS THROUGH THE WINDOW
AND SEES THAT THEY ARE DRESSED WEIRDLY,
AND ALSO HEARS THEM SAY
"hey let's go to that creepy house"
-"no you go first! i bet you're scared"
"no i'm not you go first!"
-"i bet there's mummies or something in there"
SO SHE JUST WAITS TILL THEY COME CLOSER TO FREAK THEM OUT BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO BE LEFT ALONE

AND THEN THEY TOLD HER WHAT IT IS AND GAVE HER SOME TO TRY, BUT AS SOON AS SHE TRIED ONE SHE JUST TOOK ALL OF THEIR CANDY AND STUFFED INTO HER MOUTH
THEY BOTH JUST STARED AT HER AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER STOPPING HER
"Where do I get this...candy thing?"
THEY BOTH SAID THAT SHE SHOULD JOIN THEM FOR TRICK OR TREATING, BUT THEY FIRST SAID SHE ABSOLUTELY CAN'T LEAVE THE HOUSE LIKE THAT
SO ONE OF THE KIDS (the bro one) WENT HOME AND STOLE THEIR SISTERS' HAIR DYE AND THEY DYED HER HAIR, MEANWHILE THE OTHER KID ASKED HER ABOUT THE TWO DOTS ON HER NOSE "oh that's where i got bitten, and then later turned into a vampire." -"what" SO THEY STUCK A BANDAGE ON HER NOSE
THEY WENT TRICK OR TREATING AND HAD FUN
AND THEN AS A PARTING GIFT, THEY BOTH GAVE HER THEIR BRACELETS

Nilla has always loved candy from a young age.
Since she was very young, she began to visit her grandmother Dorothy.
Who would regularly fill her belly with all types of candy & sweets.
Whenever she came to visit the house seemed like a candy store.
Jars filled with candy on the mantle place, the bookshelf, and the cuberts.
Each cubert was organized and packed full of jars filled with all types of candy.
But ever since her grandmother died she has felt sentimentally attached to candy.
She felt the need to have them around her to comfort her continually.
Just thethought of candy brings back old memories with her grandmother.
Even though most people thought she was going to the extream.
Nilla felt like her grandmother was with her daily when she dressed in the candy theme.

Joey’s quest had been too long and too hard for this to be the outcome.
He’d traveled for months to gather the necessary ingredients, searching the countryside for rare items, herbs, and minerals to be ground up into a powder and sprinkled into the lovely Kile’s afternoon tea. The mixture was sitting before him now, a pitifully small amount of light lilac dust in a little pile. He thought, looking at it, that it hardly seemed worth the grueling trials he’d gone through to attain it - but then again, he only needed the merest pinch, and his wildest dreams would be fulfilled.
Carefully, Joey tipped his concoction into Kile’s teacup, picking up a wooden stirring stick in his teeth and twirling it around in the hot liquid. He dropped it in a panic when he heard the sound of a door slamming - she was coming this way!
As it always did whenever she was around, Joey’s mind went straight to autopilot and he backed away, then fled into the bushes next to Kile’s perfectly manicured patio. He peered around the foliage and watched as she reached the tiled table and her spread of tea and cupcakes. This was the moment - the moment when all of his hard work would finally pay off!
Kile sipped delicately from the teacup, and Joey felt a surge of triumph building in his chest. She looked up from her tea, focusing on the cupcakes - then her eyes seemed to glaze over, as if she had been dazed. She shook her head as if to clear it, and, with a ravenous gasp, began devouring the little cakes with a voracious gusto.
Joey blinked, confused. Kile was never the type to tear through sweets like that - it was most unlike her. Oh well, at least she had consumed the love potion he’d created. He stepped out from behind the bush, flinging his head up. “Hello, Kile,” he greeted her in a low tone.
As soon as she heard his voice, her head whipped around to face him. “Joey?” she said, sounding confused. “What are you doing here?”
“I came by to see you.”
Her eyes lit up, all of a sudden, and he felt a surge of glee - this was it! Until, that is, Kile spoke again. “Do you have any sweets on you? I’m absolutely desperate.”
“What?” He lowered his head as if a weight had dropped on him. How had it not worked?
“I need some candy, right this second! Can’t go without it!”
“Kile, that’s -” Suddenly, it hit him. The cupcakes, right in front of her tea - they’d been the first thing she’d seen when she drank the love potion! Now, instead of being obsessed with him, she was obsessed with desserts! “Oh, no.”
“What’s the matter, Joey?”
“Kile, I think this is my fault,” he mumbled, kicking a stone across the patio tiles ruefully. “I am so, so sorry….” He hesitated.
“Joey,” she whined, “I’m going to go find some sweets -”
“No, you need to stay here for this,” he said. Hanging his head, he began to explain what he had done - his journey, the ingredients, the potion, his feelings. She listened to him with one ear, the other cocked back as if she was distracted by the need for candies.
He thought she would be angry, but instead she just blinked, and chuckled lightly. “Oh, Joey,” she laughed. “You fool. You should have just talked to me instead of trying to - oh, my goodness, I really need a piece of cake right now, or something….”
“Would that have really worked?”
“Of course! Don’t be silly, you’re a sweet guy, and you clearly care about me.”
Joey blinked sheepishly. “I’m sorry I did this to you,” he mumbled.
Kile sighed. She licked a speck of frosting off of one of the plates, then commented, “Well, seems I’ll be having a lot of sugar until the two of us can figure out how to fix this mess.”
Joey brightened momentarily. “The two of us?”
“Of course,” she said. “You did this to me - it’s only fair that we should have to work together in order to fix it!”
