Your snail cat is walking rather slowly, as if they were about to jump right into the lake. They stomp their feet, and make a mighty leap into the lake, and swim to the bottom. They swim right back up again and hop onto dry land, and trot over to you. They drop an item - err, artifact? - onto your feet!
