Zephyr was once an angel of Ethereal, someone who the king turned to for his extraordinary powers-- which he later made a career from. He is a Soothsayer-- someone who can look into the future, and possibly tell if a Viscet is lying or not. He was banished from Ethereal when he betrayed the king by corresponding with the demon mafia boss, Electra. Now, the fallen angel works for her and her business, which ends with someone giving their soul. Zephyr works with Electra, giving her aid and guidance to foretell the future and who her next client will be.
