She could smell the faint trace of pollen. The nose tingling fragrance mixed with grass that's been freshly cut for convenience. The day was cool, every brisk breeze would calm her sun beaten fur as the cocoa viscet stood in front of a vast crowd of flowers. She arranged these blooms everyday while song birds accompanied her on their perches.They were beautiful birds, that managed to captivate her attention for a few moments each day. If she didn't have work to do, then she would have sat under the nearby cherry tree to watch the little avian's fly all morning. The wind made itself known from a chorus brushing through the viridescent trees and the taste of blueberry stained her tongue from a morning sweet snack.

All sorts of viscets were bustling about. Haruko, with her vibrant red eyes, watched pups bounce ahead of their parents. She smiled when a brute hurried close to a nearby girl of interest. Her patterns were astounding, a mix of blues and violets. Haruko wanted to be desired. She wanted an admirer, a chiche crush of a handsome young male. The females patterns reminded Haruko of another. He was, of course, the viscet displayed in her heart.

Haruko toyed with a bundle of flowers that were parallel to the color of his fur. Her prettiest bouquets were born with thoughts of him in mind.

There's a stillness, a soft silence that blankets the earth during this time of day. The sun is beginning to set, the gaps in the clouds allowing shafts of light and radiant hues to pink, purple and blue to be visible for only a few moments. A gentle breeze floats through, bringing with it a soft spray from the misting rain signifying that earlier that day it had downpoured. Careful paws with cautious steps make their way along the soft earth. Each step placed with care to prevent a fall or slip. A viscet, clad in a small cloak and a satchel is picking her way through the dampness, making her way out into the woods. She listens to the silence, the only real sounds are a few stray raindrops falling from the tree leaves above. It's peaceful and growing darker. The scent of the earth is also purified, a clean and fresh scent replacing the more earthy scents from before. Everything in this forest is just coming back to life, the wildlife that calls it home cautiously beginning to trek out from their dens, burrows, and nests to inspect the world.

The sight was magical in a way like that of a delicate painting, the world looked completely different during this season right after a heavy downpour. The temperature was dropping now that the sun had hidden for the night, the sky still littered with sparse clouds. The stars seemed to shine more vividly after the rain too, perhaps it really was that the whole world was reborn a new. This was Aster's thoughts as she made her way through the forest. A smile crept along her muzzle as she felt the gentle squish of the forest floor beneath her paws. The feeling of the damp forest mossy grass tickled her paws pads and the scents she was surrounded by filled her with so much joy. There were few nights quite a lovely as this one and what better a night for a witch than one as magical as this. Aster stopped in a clearing, looking to the sky a moment as the clouds moved further across the sky. It truly was beautiful. She looked around the clearing, taking in the breath-taking sight. The pond in the center of the clearing was like a window to the stars above, it reflected them so clearly in a small pool of stars. It was as if the heavens had come down just to rest in that clearing. The mist that surrounded and clouded around the edges of the clearing filtering the shafts of light so beautifully, it was almost as if it were illuminated. The plant life here even seemed to come alive, each glowing as the droplets reflected the glow of the stars and moon that was peeking out from behind the clouds.

Writing- Just finishing up his part on his ma's strawberry Farm during it's busiest season, right after the strawberry festival, it's time for this cowboy to head back to home in Texas to do what he always do during spring, which is what he always look forward to, rodeos.
Spring is when the wildest rodeos happen, and all his life when he would visit his grandpa's ranch, Matt would always train his hardest to become the best cowboy, to stay the longest on a bucking bull. Of course when he was just starting out he was terrible, always falling of just a pony, tying himself up in his own lasso, but this year is the year. He was finally old enough to live up his dream on this gorgeous spring day in front of a large crowd, and show them just how hard this cowboy has worked to get where he is now.
