Aaa sorry for the wait! I needed to think of a good name! I may or may not come back and change it later when Ash’s kid is made, just wanna get this adorable kiddo claimed!!

Named after the dying star “Procyon.” The name fits into Neutron’s story. One of her favorite starts to visit; one of the few stars she was assigned to, was Procyon B. She grew attachment to this star, but it soon began to die. She was distraught and couldn’t comprehend the loss of her star. “I failed it. I failed taking care of it. I failed at my job. A failure. I failed it...” Failure was the only thing on her mind. Heck, that star was like a child to her. In her mind it was as close to a child she would ever get, because she never would have thought she would meet Bates. He was such a turn in her life- a real family was something she never thought was possible, nor did she ever dream of it. She didn’t even care to have a family- Bates changed her mind. Bates was obviously going to be more skilled at the parenting thing, as he actually had parents and caretakers as he was growing up. Neutron practically raised herself, and the only things she really has to teach are related to the stars, science, or general history. She was pretty hard on herself because she knew she wouldnt understand this child as well as she should. To make her feel better, Bates occupied her with a “how to raise a child” book, and decided he would be less picky with the name, and thus was more lenient and gave into letting the childs name be Procyon (PRO-see-on).
