Peri loves collecting rocks! It started when she was young and went through that typical "rock collecting" phase that many go through at that age, but it soon grew into a much deeper interest. She would find herself picking up interesting looking rocks while she was out on walks, and would quickly go home and write about it in her rock journal. In this journal, she notes the date, time, and place of a specific rock she has collected. Throughout the years she has also read up extensively on the subject and is even pursuing a career in geology, so she often knows the type of rock off the top of her head.

This hobby of hers has led her to some amazing places. Peri has traveled all over the world to study the different geologic and rock formations of various countries. She's walked on active volcanoes to get samples of igneous rock, walked along exotic beaches to collect sedimentary rock, and dived underwater to see what kind of treasures the oceans hold in its vast, dark, and mysterious waters.
