How is Kalons Adopts special to you: I've loved these guy for awhile and I joined back in 2017. I remember getting my first kalon. I don't have him currently, but I'll always remember him <3 Kalon Adopts is special to me because we have so many talented artists and a very very nice community <3 So many people have joined from the time that these guys first started, and we've gone a long way.

Kalon's are special to me because they reconnected me to my love for designing. They gave me a few wonderful friends too!

My shout outs are to 6 people. The first two being our amazing co-owners of the species, Wicced! and Karmel. Y'all run Kalons so professional but still make being staff fun. You guys make it feel like a safe space, a happy place where the staff can go to not only talk about how to improve the species but to each other. Now, separately, Wicced, thank you for being so patient with my trade offer and me bugging you. You're really sweet and I hope you take good care of CeCe as you deserve her. Okay, next is Karmel. You tolerate me constantly flooding you with stupid questions. You always take time to reply to me even when you're busy. Whenever we talk you're super nice! On to my next shout out, Flowerlily. Goodness, you're one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. You always are willing to be active in your community and you have such a wonderful sense of humor. Kyar you try super hard to keep peace in the community and I admire that so much. You are always willing to talk and I feel blessed that you're now apart of staff! Jish, you seemed a bit intimidating when I first talked to you but after getting to know the real you, I have to say that you're so pure! I'm really glad I got the chance to get to know you!! Lastly, Sheriff Noi. I just got to know you and you're really awesome! You seem to have a way with words and it draws people in. I think you have some of the prettiest Kalons for a good reason. You have wonderful taste in colors and designs!

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: Kalons became such a positive coping mechanism for me when times got stressful. My Kalon babies really gave me an outlet for my sadness, and cheered me up! The community, as well, has been so welcoming and kind to me. This is why this adopt is different, and this is why it is so special !!

I know they've been through a lot, but they are so graceful and such an inspiration to me. I love to see them around the forums, and they have definitrely been someone I've missed a LOT during my six months away! They're so courageous and fun, and never fail to encourage me with their kind words and happy greetings. I really hope the best for them in everything they do!! <3

How is Kalons Adopts special to you:
boopfirstly, I have to thank kalon adopts for keeping me on chicken smoothie. this site gives me nostalgia so I stuck around, but kalons are why I haven't completely left.
boopkalons also brought me into the world of adoptable species, and as a result, digital art. I had always loved drawing when I was younger, but never had the interest in digital art until adoptable species entered my life. now, digital art is a hobby I've come to love, and part of me regrets I didn't do it much earlier.
boopin addition, being able to develop characters gave a new perspective on my writing skills, as I'm used to writing about characters whose appearances I can only describe. now, I can attach a face to the character, so to speak.
boopfinally, I like kalons for the friendships I have encountered. admittedly, I haven't been active enough to be a social butterfly, but I cherish the moments I've had with a few of the members. they helped me enjoy the species and my kals even more.

- elf_of_the_hollow - we've barely spoken to each other, but I just want to say how inspirational you are ?? I was around for your kal artist entry days, and the amount of improvement you underwent is insane. keep it up :00
- sixbane - aah I don't think I've spoken to you either, but I think you're cool !! you get awesome art done in a flash, no matter what problems you come across. I think that's really admirable ^^
- néktar - I think you're a great mod for the species and I think you're very nice. ngl I always go to you when you open your pms for event stuff because I know you're reliable |D also your coding is 10/10

How is Kalons Adopts special to you: I joined around the very beginning... my first is in the 120's, and I've been holding off and watching from the distance for a while. I've seen some really amazing competitions and forms and it gives me motivation in other competitions knowing there is so much creativity to compete with. I glance around the community a bit, and while I never really invested in it, the few that I have met here have been really amazing and kind.

Rainbow noivern - I met them before kalons were a thing, but they were quick to get into it and just threw their all at it and I could see how excited they were, and even to this day how passionate and how well cared for their characters are. They got me into kalons and were always very supportive and helpful when I usually don't understand things. <3
Takura - I think I met them in the plume community, but they have been nothing but helpful and kind even after all this time. They're seriously a sweetheart and I'm happy they were able to move up into a staff position for something they enjoyed so much <3
