ok i was thinking abt something like the dragons r guardians of a certain realm but possibly that realm begins to fracture and split into 2 separate kingdoms

maybe sth like a civil war? n each one worships one of the dragons

the thing is that the dragons themselves are very close and Do Not feel the same animosity that their individual realms do towards eachother but bc of Reasons they are bound to honor and serve the people who rely on them as demigods of sorts

so it forces the two dragons - possibly siblings - into conflict

at this point u can develop each dragon differently n write abt how each one feels n reacts to the sitch... i love writing bitter characters so id prob have mine Be Bitter and Angry abt the entire thing and basically like these selfish Humans.........
one could b like lets ditch our duty and Stop Fighting eachother bc at the end of all this One Of Us Will Die but the other could b like we cant its our duty to serve these ppl and they Need Us ¿
there r quite a lot of ways that could go depending on how far u wanna resolve the story

also we could definitely spin something with yin/yang type concepts- not necessarily EXACTLY yin and yang but like "one completes the other" - could do some research into western and eastern philosophies and put that into the form as well (like western ideology vs eastern)

actually as far as the adopts go that can definitely go in and influence the personalities of each-
the western dragon being more aggressive and individualistic while the eastern one is more i guess zen/buddhist (aka more eastern LOL)

My idea is a WWI-WWII time period, where they're both amazing pilots. I was hoping that the Eastern Dragon could represent the infamous Red Baron (Manfred von Richthofen), while the Western Dragon could represent Captian A. Roy Brown, a Canadian captain who shot the Red Baron down in WWI. The story would be more of them having fights in the air, Baron with his plane, and Western with their wings. Baron would often pick apart the army of Western, and Western could pick off Baron's army. I've got a longer plot idea, but please message me for more information!

I've already been sketching what these two would be like, and would really love it if I could find a partner, as Baron would be my first Komo!
