Audhilde loves to create the most beautiful blueberry muffins possible. She always puts all of her effort into every single one made. When she was growing up she was always afraid to bake or even cook because she was always afraid no one would like anything she makes. The only time she would bake anything would be when she was alone and there was no one there to judge her. Audhilde would always discard all of her creations by the time anyone would come over. Making sure no one would see that she was making anything to begin with.
Her career all started on that one day that she forgot she was having some of her friends come to hangout and have some fun. Audhilde made some bite size blueberry muffins a couple hours before they came over but completely forgot to toss them into the trash before she got into the shower. When she got out of the shower her friends had already showed up and she rushed to the front door to let them in forgetting that they even existed. When she led them into the kitchen she remembered that they were there and tried to hide them underneath a towel but before she hide them under one of her friends already spotted them. They asked what they were and she answered with a unsure embarrassed answer of blueberry muffins. They asked to try them and she allowed them to warning them that they could taste really bad. They all tried one and all stopped frozen and looked at each other with blank faces. Then one other them blurted out, these are the tastiest blueberry muffin I have ever had! You have to keep making these, or even start a business. I've never had anything as good as this. All of friends looked at them and nodded in agreement. Then five seconds later all of the muffins were gone. They all told her that they would help support her to get a business started whenever she was ready.
A year later Audhilde got her bakery business started and sold anything from macaroons to croissants. She named her business Nadenka Bakery after her grandmother. Her grandmother was a huge inspiration to her when she was still alive, but she always thinks of her everyday. When she first started her business wasn't very popular and not very many komos came, but now if you mention the name Nadenka everyone recognizes it. Nadenka Bakery is not very expensive place to go and welcomes anyone in its front doors. Everyone is always served with a grateful and welcoming smile. They also serve a complimentary cup of tea on the side. If you don't like tea then there is always other options, free of charge.
Her favorite blueberry muffin she has ever made had a whiteish cream paper lace wrapper with faded blue edges, the muffin itself was tinted light blue from the blue berries that were mixed into it(whole blueberries), she sprinkled some sugar on top to make it look like it had sparkles but also made it taste even sweeter, she made a blue berry jam/filling that she put in the center and slightly on top, and for a final touch she took the biggest blueberry she could find and put it right on top. She served it on a small china plate with a matching cup with tea in it.

trial one
may 10, 2013; after months of school and trying desperately to get a hold of my old recipe, i finally have the time to redo my entire muffin! after going so long without cooking them, i decided it would simply just be best to redo the whole thing. i'm so happy to have the time, and i'm sure the muffins will be even better than the ones i had made prior, knock on wood
may 13, 2013; alright, i've been testing out different recipes i like together, and i think this is what i have so far!
- flour
- eggs
- blueberries
- fairy mushrooms (blue)
- driftwood candies
- cats tail flowers
- rabbit sugar (mildly sweet)
- sapphire vanilla
- dandelion tufts
- gryphon tears
- pineapple pieces
.may 14, 2013; the recipe didn't go quite as planned! while the fairy mushrooms gave the muffins the blue glowy feel and look that i desired, i'm nervous it made it far too sour! i'll need to find a replacement. the sapphire vanilla was a great idea on my part, and it really gave the muffins a smooth texture with a wonderful aftertaste! the blueberries i've tested seem to be the best by liloh falls, in bundles
may 15, 2013; i have replaced the mushrooms with meadow dew from the purple woods! while the blue color was darker than i expected, the glow feeling was there, and it even made the dough sparkle! can't wait to decorate these babies. maybe i'll add some raspberry aspects to give it more variety and a pop.
may 18, 2013;success! i have decorated the muffins! they do kind of look like cupcakes now, but the true insides are muffins. they aren't close to as sugary nor sweet, and i think the decorations just make it pop even more! although, the frosting and all just doesn't seem right. it seems- bland and boring. but i want to go for that simple feeling! perhaps a lighter color? the insides are very delicious, but i think a bit more of a subtle kick and a soft inside with the smooth texture it already has will make it perfect!
may 20, 2013;
at last!! my babies are complete. i decided to make the frosting a bit more pink, and the feeling of them is a lot more cloud-like. i added some cute beads as well, and made the wrapping more customized and unique! i added some raspberry flakes and golden roses to make the taste far more interesting! the gold roses also gave beautiful pieces of gold petals in the muffins which i think is a very nice touch. i am satisfied with my muffins! wish me luck with remembering them.

a patissiere's apprentice's magnum opus! for now, at least.
dubbed affectionately the "blue angel," its french vanilla center is topped with a vanilla and blueberry infused cream complete with a drizzle of mint chocolate and white round sprinkles. the leaves shown are actually hand-crafted pieces of mint chocolate as well. in fact, almost everything shown is edible— from the blueberries to the cookie straws to the white chocolate wings! for an angel cupcake, it certainly has quite a lot of chocolate— because, frankly, chocolate is bonnie's guilty pleasure. she tries to include it in nearly anything she makes... whether it's a good idea or not.
...well, at least she's consistent!
personality; bonnie loves to indulge in the sweeter things in life, whether it's enjoying the slow moments of a summer breeze or... literal sweet things. easy going and laid back, she's not one to get angry easily, but when faced with opposition she loves nothing more than to let her actions speak for themselves. quietly competitive, she works diligently to study the art of baking and pastry-making, determined to show her dismissive (but otherwise loving) parents that she has what it takes to make her passion her living. she's a bit coddled, often underestimated in terms of skill, but all this does is fuel her drive to show everyone what she's made of. if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen!
