Chio was born during the harshest winter of all, it lasted years, when she was of age, she was named empress. She wanted to do more to help her people. She crafted the cloak on her own, she had a single strand of gold thread, and she put a lantern on the rope around her neck. She added scented oils at the bottom, so it was easy for her people to follow her to the palace. That was the year she saved thousands of Kalons, the next year, spring finally came, she now always wears the cloak to remind everyone to trust her.
