Their gown is a flowing outfit, laced together with soft silk and made by jemné who worked for months before the celebration. Each scale was cut out individually, covered in soft sparkles of yellow, orange and red that would contrast against them. Ribbons wrapped around their body, to keep the fish like body shape despite their fluffy fur that would try to bulge it out. On the week of the celebration they placed sparkles on their cheeks, through their hair and along their fur while wearing the dress. So that they would shine in the soft moonlight for all to see. Looking like a delicate and agile fish, that could dance for hours through out the waters without wavering.
