Dear RayRay,

Please don’t think my poem was a joke, I meant every word, I promise it wasn’t a joke! Do you remember me RayRay, do you remember how I used to call you that because your hair in the light was like a ray of sunshine. I remember the day your pet rabbit Mimi passed away. I stayed by your as you cried. I was frustrated that as a friend, I couldn’t help you. So to pass the time we played princess and knight. Of course I always fell off the rocking horse. We were kids, curious little ones. Eventually over the years we grew separate and we met fewer and fewer. In fact I even moved but I never forgot you, but I moved back about a month ago. I remember meeting you again, you grew up so much. The stubborn feisty girl hasn’t changed one bit though, it almost brought me to tears when you smiled and said “Hey, you look familiar!” Well you always said I was a bit of a cry baby. Nothing made me happier then to see that warm smile again. I missed you. It reminds back then, even though I was the knight, you were the one that saved me. You taught me to overcome my fears and to grow. Nothing made me happier then to see you smile, although we’ve grown up and changed, I want to be with the girl I loved. I know this might not be what you were looking for and that this may be short but all I wish is for you to be happy so I ask once again, will you be my valentine?
