who can enter?
this is for those who do not own any legendary itty bitties only, please do not enter if you already have one! i will check to see if you own one, please dont try to cheat. i wanted others to have a chance for a legendary, so please be fair for those who do not have one yet. however, the number of itty bitties you have does not matter! the only restriction is that you own no legendary itty bitties. c:

what do i have to do?
you have 500 words to give them a personality, and 500 words for anything else you want to add ! prettying up is allowed, but it will not be affecting the judging too much. you may have two extras of either 1 art piece of 200 words to do whatever you like with them. if you dont want art, you may swap it for 200 words, or vice versa, the 200 words for 1 art piece.

what happens if i win?
when a winner is selected at the end of the competition, i will inform the archivist/owner, you will not have to do that yourself!

when does it end?
this will end february 10th, as i will be moving very soon and my computer is currently broken right now (i am borrowing a family member's for the time being), and i am not sure when i will have access to a computer again. extensions are a possibility, and im very open to them if necessary! however i will not extend longer than the 20th of february, please keep that in mind.

form?
you are allowed complete freedom for your form ! the only restriction is it cannot be off-site ; it must be on this thread, or off-thread, but off-site forms are not allowed. if you make an off-site form, i will not count it.

as long as you dont own a legendary by the time this competition ends, i will count your form. if it is an npc, they wont count against you either. however, since it's part of an event and this doesnt have much interest anyways, if it doesnt fit under either of those exceptions, i can make an exception for you, if you'd like.
