Sage had always had an affinity for the strange and magical, it only came natural for him to incorporate it subtly into his love of preparing food. As a child his parents were always involved in cooking, expanding their knowledge of dishes and becoming the headquarters for dinner parties simply for having an amazing talent in making delicious plates. Sage was always included in the craft and picked it up with ease.
Becoming a part of wiccan culture came almost as easily to him as cooking had, and he found the too together were his happy place. Where some found it a chore, Sage always lit up with joy and had the most fun in his large kitchen.
A main focus of being a kitchen witch is adding herbs with certain purpose to a meal, such as thyme for invigoration or spearmint for healing, because of this he quickly picked up the uses and meanings of edible plants and grows them in his thriving garden. Often times you will find him over a stove with a book of herbs and spices open next to him, softly thanking mother nature for the ingredients.
Much like they had to his parents, people always say his meals taste like home cooking, nostalgic, food for the soul, little do they know it's because of the chants whispered into bubbling pots as he brews away in the kitchen.

Kalon name;; Mtoza - The Collector in Swahili
What do they do for fun?;;
Mtoza spends most of his day amongst the branches of the tallest tree’s hunting for feathers and small bones for his most dedicated hobby. Motza enjoys the meticulous work of finding the parts for and creating beautiful and intricate necklaces and charms, which he will give to travels in exchange for rare items as well as to his friends and family. He loves his lifestyle of hunting and collecting and his home, which is high up in the trees, is full of such wonders, from a claw from some northern beast to a shard of some precious southern gem. Motza relishes in his interactions with people from afar listening to their stories and making his own, incorporating them in this work is part of why he loves it so much.
Mtoza also loves simpler things, such as climbing up to the highest point of the tree to watch the sunset when the forest floor has long since been smothered by the gloom. Just feeling the suns last warm rays on his fur and looking as his world unfold around him, letting him map out everything that he can see are just the smaller joys he finds in life.
Mtoza also likes heading over to the waterfall for the sunrise to watch as the light is distorted and reflected in all the brilliance possible. Not only does he find this incredibly relaxing but also inspirational and almost always he will feel the urge to create something new whenever he has experienced that magical experience.
All in all Motza is just extremely content with his life, enjoying both the daily tasks along with the occasional adventures that come worth meeting all these interesting strangers from afar,
Because what is it listening to a story if you cant tell your own?

“Hope” is the thing with feathers -
That perches in the soul -
And sings the tune without the words -
And never stops - at all -
And sweetest - in the Gale - is heard -
And sore must be the storm -
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm -
I’ve heard it in the chillest land -
And on the strangest Sea -
Yet - never - in Extremity,
It asked a crumb - of me.
