Staff can achieve legendary customs[only to be x1 edits at the moment] with permission from Softea. Users cannot get legendary customs/myos unless purchased from the shop at limited time offers.
How Staff can get Legendary MYOs is from Softea. If you have been active and your designs are doing well, Softea can possibly give you a x1 legendary trait myo. This only happens extremely rarely and will not be given out all the time.
