May I ask, once you get a Kalon, what do you do with it? Like, do you have to make a post keeping track of them or something? I'd love a Kalon but I just don't know what I'd do if I got one.

i haven't gotten a kalon yet, but i'd like to keep trying. is there any place where all current re-adoptions that are happening can be found? i've only happened to come across a couple by chance whenever someone posts on the topic and it gets bumped up to the first page.

Thanks for the response! I was thinking about just a regular common tail edit. Even though the trait would pass without the item, could you use an autopass to pass the fish-looking tail? Or any type of tail; lion, long, short, etc. If the parent had it.

No unfortunately that is not how the autopass works. My apologies! ^^
All it does is pass the trait itself, not the style. The actual design is up to the artist in correspondence with the parents.

also i have another question sorry;
i've seen a good number of people who draw/write about their kalons as humans/elves/etc. for aus and i was wondering exactly what the limitations regarding drawing/writing about kalons as something other than a kalon for the purpose of an au are? like... are we limited to humans and humanoid mythological creatures, or could i, say, draw one of my kalons as an alien species from a video game? would we be limited to humanoid(/furless?) beings, or can we draw/write about our kals as other feral animals as well?

Kalons can't necessarily be other feral animals as they are, themselves, feral by canon. So art of them as a different feral animal entirely wouldn't be allowed. The AU of human/humanoid though is acceptable. c:

If by eye edits you mean pupil shape (or lack of pupil) that is an Uncommon edit. Color-base however is not an edit, just design. The addition of eyes or the removal of eyes is a Rare edit.

We do not have a main hub for readoptions as those are all community hosted. ^^

You do whatever you want with them

They can become something we call a "kalsona", or they can be a character that you use for roleplays. You can do art of them, or get art of them. You can create stories about them, pr have friends to create stories with them in it. It's honestly all up to you.

I have 1 question

When you get a legendary kal MYO and you want gene-splicing, does it have to be only one DNA? Like If we want a merkal with bird feet on the other legs that would count as gene-splicing, but do we have to add another legendary trait for the bird feet.

Like we buy an MYO and want it to be merkal as well as have bird feet for the other paws. I hope that makes sense I really don't know how else to explain it lol XD
