Blazeshadow had just come back from patrolling. She had also managed to catch two squirrels and a rabbit for the kill pile as well. She thought if she was patrolling it would be best to bring something back for the clan.

Mousekit would still rather become a Duskclan apprentice. She highly doubted Duskclan would let them rejoin after they had their ceremony. So she stayed with her mother and brother in Dawnclan. She had lost her appetite since they had asked to go back to Duskclan. What did their mother have against Duskclan anyway? Why was she so uncomfortable? Mousekit sighed and curled up to sleep.

I promise I'll be a good one, unlike that flop of Desertstar." At the remark, she quietened her voice down so only a couple could hear. "ANyway, I'm going to do a little bit of things then I'll make cats apprentices and warriors." After the last words, she leaped back down and padded out.

She paused for a moment "Assignments are.. always pretty awkward.. I didn't expect you either I thought maybe.. someone I was friends with already but.. I was hoping at the very least we could possibly become friends eventually." she said. That would make it work wouldn't it? That was what many of these were, weren't they? Embergaze didn't know a lot about love, every time she thought she did she got it wrong. But what she assumed was that most mates were just good friends. That seemed to be the nature of the clan at least to her.

Darkgaze padded out of the warrior's den his yellow gaze moving past Frostpetal for a moment and a look of sympathy crossed his face before he looked away. He understood heartache well. Though it may be in a slightly different way. Darkgaze had, had two cats now that he'd loved and lost. Which seemed to be the reason he never spoke to his assigned mate or anyone really in a more romantic sense.

Hawktalon snorted slightly as Briarheart joined them though he couldn't mask the happiness that shone in his eyes when she came over. Acornkit looked away from her father and his new assigned mate to look over at the other kit. She shifted slightly nervous "Yeah.." she said not really wanting to admit it. She didn't want to be a moon behind her cousins.. She didn't have her brother here with her anymore, he'd left with their mother.. Or maybe she'd just chosen to take him alone. So she'd been following her cousins around a little more and wasn't looking forward to them leaving the nursery.

Mottlecloud nodded and headed out of camp "Todays a pretty nice day. That'll make your training a lot easier." he said glancing at Frostpaw. "No worrying about snow or rain or wind.." he said trying to make the apprentice feel better. He reminded him a lot of his brother Shadowstep when he was his age. Though he'd really changed as he got older and more confident.

Mistyfalls watched her worriedly and nodded "That's the best thing you can do.. Stay strong." she said softly. "This clan will be a good change of pace though.. Bearshadow glanced over the pile before he picked up a large vole and pointed at it with his tail. He moved off to the side and set it down before he looked over at Creamflower. He thought about asking if she wanted to share with him but he figured she might want something else.

She smiled slightly and nodded "Remember Copperstar, you'll do wonderful." she said. She flashed him a grin "and if you ever need any help Cloverdawn and I will always be there to help." she said. She hoped he was feeling more confident. It was a small source of worry for her and she hoped him actually getting his lives and hopefully the warm welcome from the clan would do the trick. She dipped her head in respect before she took off in a separate direction heading off closer to the border to collect herbs she'd been meaning to get.

Sheepkit seemed overly excited to see her brother getting up and tried to move closer to him only for her legs to slip out from under her at the sudden movement causing her to fall with a small confused mew. She immediately looked at their mother as if she expected her to do something about her tiny fall.
