caspian, fished from the sea by those willing to give him a second chance,
and thus life was breathed within him once more. at his neck he bore a
fallen star, and within his paws rest sodden ribbons once blue as the sea.
he became the light they needed, the spark to begin a rebellion which
would blaze through the land for years to come.

a galvani with a knack for pyrotechnics, caspian learned to create and
motify fireworks of all kinds from his adoptive parents. he currently
knows nothing of where he came from or who he really is, and believes
he is his adoptive parents' biological son. those around him, however,
know he is the son of a king scorned and failed marriage, a child never
meant to survive. he is the spark which will lead to overthrowing an
oppressive regime, and thus a new era shall be ushered in upon sea
blue ribbons and eyes to mirror the sky.
