Welcome to the LWD Christmas Event!!

During this event, you will be able to collect event tokens through the adopts.
These tokens will have the possibility of being converted into rare traits, breeding tickets, MYOs, or the currency system which is still under construction. You may retain your event tokens for as long as you want and they will not expire, I just thought it would make a good temporary currency to hand out at this event.

TIERS FOR TOKENS

- Collect 1 token for posting a form. (max 1 per adopt)
- Collect 1 token for prettying forms (max 1 per adopt)
- Collect 1 token for filling out form to completion. (max 1 per adopt)
- Collect 2 tokens for every referral to the species. (unlimited; person you refer must pm me with your name to qualify for points.)
- Collect 3 tokens for each piece of entry art. (limited to art max per adopt)
- Collect 2 tokens for every 200 words of writing. (limited to word max per adopt.)

When Brandi was little, the day before Christmas she liked drinking warm ups of hot cocoa with her family. They would sit by the fireplace on the floor in cozy little blankets. They would tell Christmas stories, and sing together. When it was finally time to head to bed, Brandi would always dream of what her parents reaction would be to her present she had gotten them, and the present she would get. When she was grown up and ready to live on her own, for christmas her parents got her some hot cocoa, a cup, and a cozy blanket. It brought back those fuzzy happy memories of when she was little.

warm, comforting memory: once when I was little my anxiety and depression made me really sad, but my mom said I could sleep with her. So we pushed two couches together and fell asleep on them.

warm, comforting memory: rhuse is prone to daydreaming, as many are. she dreams of many things, of silly things and fun things, and sometimes scary and frightful things that jar her out of the dreamworlds she's retreated into. there is one however, one that always puts a smile on her face. the world is calm, peaceful. the air isnt too cold, nor too hot; just right; a light breeze that makes the leaves dance. she's reminder of soft, over-sized sweaters, and the warmth of a fireplace in winter. of large, comfy red chairs, soothing honey stirred into tea, the scent of pumpkin, not too overpowering. the gentle beginnings of the first snow fall, as the leaves turn brown and then crumble between her paws, like they were never there at all. she sits on the bench and ponders, and the cup of hot chocolate between her paws never grows cold; always warm, always comforting. other animals, merely wisps of her own memories, jump and play and laugh around her, existing at the same time as she, but not even knowing she's there. she's in her own bubble, but able to observe the world from her bench, and seeing them so happy makes her smile.

warm, comforting memory: Each year at the end of the year, she'd travel out with her horse to the lake shore just before nightfall. She'd sit and watch the waves crash on the rocks below. She was always at the edge of the cliff. Some might have been scared of the height, some may fear falling, but she didn't. It was soothing to see the water ripple and crash. Her horse would often just explore around the area but sometimes she'd watch the waves with Hana as well.
Her happy place is always just her thinking of watching those waves.
