who are you;

a stranger hurriedly stumbles into the itty bitty’s cave to escape the cruel winter storm that engulfed its surroundings. ice clings to their fur and their paws are covered in fresh snow, as they walk further into the cave their icy fur begins to dry. a fireplace has been set up in the middle of the cave, rocks surround a couple of logs of pine tree wood that have been lit on fire. the stranger slowly pads over to the fire before collapsing, there is more to be seen in the cave but they are too tired to carry on. they look over to the entrance one last time before shutting their eyes, who they presume to be the cave owner comes over to them. “are you ok-“ they black out before the other can finish their sentence.

“you’ve been asleep for a while now. so tell me, who are you and why are you in my cave?” the itty bitty says, the other tries to sit up and plops down onto the ground. “i’m.. kirubin and i has no where else to go. i was lost.”, the other cautiously pads over. “if you’re going to stay here i’ll need your help, i have a lot of.. difficulties.. with finding my way around outside this cave. i know which directions to go and such based on smell but.. i need help.” the itty bitty looks down in shame. kirubin looks at him and puts the facts together. he’s blind.
