Under the willow they danced and played,
under the willow, they slept all day.
Under the willow, from dusk till dawn,
Only the willow itself would mourn.

With the breeze, the leaves dance,
with the breeze, the leaves play.
With the breeze, cried the willow,
On a bright summers day.

Eyes bright as the sun, smiles on lips,
two Aesthian's run, hearts doing flips.
Into the garden, out to the willow,
out to where love would begin to billow.

It is here where the two would stay for a while.
The weeping willow watching with care,
Leaves separating, creating a singular aisle,
for they made such a lovely young pair.
