The odd placement of the limb is what is now considered Legendary as to slow down or cease the production of such a trait. Any Kalon therefore has had their trait moved accordingly, even those previously considered as rare as discussed with those who own the Kalons themselves.
If you would ask some questions about a halo I would be happy to answer them. As for muzzles we're still working on ironing out discrepancies and sometimes that is a process that takes time. I can understand frustration surely, but we are actively working on the problems. The best rule of thumb is to simply not edit them.
Last but not least your end comment is an entirely wrong assumption of the way we work here at staff, and this certainly is not the place for it. Any problems you have are more than welcomed to be messaged to myself or another member of staff who can help you. We as a whole communicate through group chats often. But considering we're all human, we have different timezones, and with well over forty members sometimes things don't get entirely covered and mistakes happen. That's all they are, mistakes, and ones we try our best to fix accordingly.

actually the person i messaged regarding this effect was you - i made no mention of movement when i asked but i can understand why my use of the word particles would have caused confusion. this does make me curious about the movement part though; wouldn't the way the glow was drawn here imply some form of movement? or would this glow have to stay in this exact (or as is close as possible) position whenever it's drawn? also, would the sparkles within the glow be able to dim and brighten with the glow, or would they have to stay the same opacity regardless of the glow?
that makes sense - although it would be nice if in the future when decisions like this are made (trait changes rarity), an announcement of some sort would be posted here?
tbh i think the muzzle thing was actually the thing i was least frustrated about - i don't think i'd ever personally edit the muzzle that way, it was just something i wanted clarification about. regarding halos, i definitely have too many questions to shove into this post so i'll pm them to you later when i have the time to find examples of what i'm asking about.
regarding my end comment, i was frustrated when i made the post so i didn't word it all that well, but it seems like you misinterpreted that frustration as being anger or malice and that's absolutely not what i intended; i sincerly apologize if that's what it seemed like. i was merely trying to convey that as a regular member of the community who doesn't personally know any of the staff, there's very little way for me (or any other user like me) to know what's going on with staff unless there are posts made here about it. this is generally where people will look for answers to questions or official announcments when things change, and regarding certain things (like the changing of a trait's rarity or the actual specifics of what's allowed in certain traits), it doesn't actually seem like there's enough communication between either staff or staff and the community. (like... if a user had wanted to make a kalon with an extra limb in an odd place and only remembered the two older kals with that trait, it would have been frustrating for them to only find out that that trait had changed rarity when their custom was denied, and i'm sure you can understand why the lack of an announcement of that trait changing rarity would lead someone to believe that there was a mis/lack of communication at least between the staff member who approved the older custom as rare and the one who approved the more recent custom as legendary?). i can elaborate more via pm if i'm still wording this odd, but i don't want to take up too much more space here.
