Your best bet is to PM a staff member for approval, and once approval is gained you post em on the proper thread nvn

how often are new kalons available? is there a specific amount released every week/month, or is it just whenever an artist gets the chance to do one?

Anyone can grow a kalon as long as it gets approved by staff when completed nvn

if a nursury artist closes raffle slots and never posts who they've rolled, are we allowed to post forms for other artists if they're open/announced, even though we did for the previous one?
