Relationship: Rössel would have anyone believe that his sister is unimpressive, is a waif with no more strength and courage than a newborn foal with no knowledge of the world. He’d prefer to ignore others when they ask after her, push aside any feelings of love and adoration, respect and pride into the recesses of his mind and heart. After all, this is how his sire taught him to be, stoic and unmoving in the face of any emotional values. But in truth, he feels all such things for his sister, even without her knowledge it seems to many. She is a mare that a brother should be proud of should adore for all she is capable of. And he feels more than just a bit of shame when he pushes her asides, hurts her feelings he sees clearly, but his want to please their sire leaves the young Rössel trying his best to keep her at a distance so he may be better able to make sure he is more than worth his proving. He loves his sister, but he doesn’t yet understand that he does not need to make someone proud and therefore slowly burn a bridge that should last a lifetime.

Relationship: Pepper is like all brothers. They are stubborn, mean, hard headed, and do not listen to a word anybody says! This is the same for Pepper with his sister Piper. He likes to annoy her with small things such as lightly kicking the stall door and messing with the halters on the wall next to the stall. He does not like how she does not cause much chaos within the barn. Even though he is a nuisance in her eyes, Pepper believes only he can be the one to mess with Piper. If any other stallion tried to mess with Piper the way he does he would run up to them and buck and bite. At the end of the day, Pepper is one big bother, but he loves his sister!
