Mortis is an incredibly cheerful babusagi, the life of the party. He believes you should live life to its fullest, and celebrate its wonders whenever you can. He's a massive history buff, and while he longs to travel to learn more about how others have lived, he also wishes to live a life worth remembering.

He's also quite a fan of flowers, and food, and has a dream of opening a combination flower shop confectionery. His sweet tooth might be his undoing though. While he's fantastic with cooking, baking, and candy making, he has a tendency to use way too much sugar in everything, and has created some truly baffling candy creations.

Being Mexican myself, I absolutely love this Babusagi. Unfortunately, I have never been able to celebrate the holiday because I am always with my mom during that time of year. Nevertheless, I still contact my Mexican side of the family and talk to the about it and learn something new every year! One day, I hope to celebrate it with my family. Dressing up and face painting is only half the fun! Cooking together is another part of it! I've heard so many stories from my family and it only makes me more excited to join them. Besides that, I truly do think it is a wonderful holiday! Yes, it's about deceased friends and families, but you are celebrating the life they lived! It's a time to remember the wonderful times and memories you had together!
