[Adoption & Ownership]

✦You may technically own as many viscets as you'd like (as of 02.01.2017). Limitations apply.

✦Every user is permitted to winning or claiming a limited number of viscets per calendar month rather than a strict number limit.
✦Month cycles begin on the first day of each month, and ends on the last day of each month.
✦Adopts count towards the limit for the month they were created in, regardless of when they're judged.


[Limitations on Adopts & Claims:] A singluar user may;


✦Win one regular adoptable (main thread, RU, gifted or grown abandoned batch) per month
✦Win one GA (guest artist) adoptable per month
✦Win up to two dA/Currency adopts per month.
✦Claim one new (bred for or adopted egg) batch per month.
✦There is no limit on winning user hosted adopts (readopts, or ufa batches) or pps abandoned batches per month.
✦During events, a user can win up to one event rare. (this will not count to your regular monthly adopt limit)
✦A user can only win one legendary in a year. Jan - Dec of the same year.
✦So as of 7.24.17 - you can win both an event rare & a legendary in the same event, however you can only win a max of one legendary in a year. (remember it goes by posted date not end date/judged date)
✦Co-owning will count towards both users monthly limits but will be put under both users IDs in the archive.
✦You still may only have up to 6 customs max. Posting a custom does not count against any limits except your overall custom limit.

✦The staff recommends not trying out for more than 3 main thread adopt viscets in one month, but you can try out for as many as you'd like - but remember you cannot win more than one. If you win your one viscet a month and you're still part of other contests, we encourage you to edit your other forms at the top to say you've already won you monthly one so you are still eligible for HMs.

Hey just a question is there any way to get a custom with CS stuff?

You used to be able to purchase a MYO with C$, but not anymore now. Ways you could get one without real life currency or Deviantart points is saving up stubs, or catching a MYO raffle that will be posted everytime 100 viscets have passed(1100, 1200, 1300, and so on).

You can get stubs by trying out for viscets, either you win or you get a Honorable Mention or RU. You can exchange RU for 3 stubs. Honorable Mentions get you 1-2 stubs. More information on stubs can be found here!

Sometimes by rare chance, someone will raffle a MYO off in Fanclub.

We don't accept Chickensmoothie pets, tokens, or items, though. I'm sorry. I hope this helped! <3
