The shelter was so graciously invited to our local Diwali event this year. The people in charge saw it as an
opportunity to bring an unusual factor and knew the large crowd would provide many ample opportunities
for the animals in the shelter to find a new home. We were more than happy to accept and have set up our
own place near where most of the festivities will take place to showcase the many cats and dogs looking
for a home at the shelter. We hope the celebration draws in many potential adopters with its masses.

Best friend : Bugzy is ghosts best friend just because they are so alike!! when they are home alone they run around and cause havoc. when he is at the barn his all time favorite would be Melody because she is so sweet and she would never hurt him or play too hard, she knows her limits and doesn't look at the fact he is a dog. no matter how bad her past is with dogs, she loves him.

Favorite place : ghosts favorite place would be wherever his owner is. he loves being around me and he def loves all the hugs and kisses he gets. and he loves the attention he gets when we are outside the house in the city or downtown.
Favorite thing to do : he loves the city but he also loves being at the barn. he loves running around with my horses. its the funniest thing when him and the horses get to playing. its so sweet when they lay in the hay for a nap.

personality: He is very out going and hates no one. Archie is everyone's best friend, which can make it hard for him to be loyal. Nowadays, whenever he gets put into a fighting situation, he'll try to find a more peaceful alternative to avoid it. Some think Archie is weak for trying to avoid conflict and this leads to the others sometimes picking on him. Archie doesn't let this bother him because at least he knows that him making peace will make sure there are no serious injuries. Archie is actually fairly strong and has an old street reputation to show for it.

backstory: Archie was born on the streets. He was very vulnerable and abandoned, but he was taken in by some kind street dogs. He grew up only knowing the streets and the alley behind an old foreclosed burger shop as his home. This life was filled with excitement, adventures, and good food. He became strong living on the streets with his pack, and they became the one of the best packs around. But while his pack was doing so good, there was another pack becoming a threat. Archie's pack had their first rival. The other pack was very cunning though. They were taking out Archie's pack one dog at a time. They even killed the leader of his pack. Meanwhile, Archie knew he had to do something. He took charge and lead his pack into an all out war with the other. There was no doubt that Archie was the best fighter out there. All the street dogs still tell tales of the giant, furry hurricane and how he lead his pack to victory. No one knows where the other pack went, but Archie's got to stay in their little alley. Still things did not fully clear up. There had been noise complaints about the alley, and animal control came to investigate. Sure enough, they found the pack and had them cornered. Archie decided he had one last the gn he needed to do. He distracted the people long enough for his pack to get away, but he was still caught. Archie was taken to SCS but he learned a lot there. Now he knows not all humans are bad and he does his best to avoid fighting.

Personality:
A sweet and gentle boy, Stem can be quite protective of those he trusts and loves. He has a bit of a hard time trusting men, possibly due to his past, but decided to give the father and son in his human family the benefit of the doubt. He was not disappointed after doing so, receiving much love from them, and he loves them both a lot. He's especially protective and affectionate of the daughter of the man, a single father, as she is only ten years old. He likes to catch frisbees and go in the water too.

Tonka
Being that this kitty is so friendly and affectionate, Stem really, really values their friendship with each other, and the time they can spend together. Tonka seems to be a bad influence on him when they're in a house though, because both will go into the bathroom (if any bathroom doors are left open), and together will tear up the toilet paper, resulting in them getting in big trouble.
Hanson (The Dane)
Since they both are 'tough' breeds of dogs, Stem seems to feel a kinship with the big Dane. They also both really like to play, so he can have a lot of fun whenever the two of them meet up. He knows Hanson has a daughter, though he still is waiting to be introduced to her...He understands the Dane's protectiveness, though.
Clinton
Seeing as they both love the water, he became fast friends with the big guy. Clint and Stem love to have races, to see whom can get to the water quicker. Usually, it ends up being Stem, because he kind of cheats...He trips up Clint, getting to the water first most times, but Clint never seems to hold this tactic against him, and has even tried to turn it on Stem once or twice.
Sairi
Ah, little Sairi...The moment he laid eyes on her, he fell in love, though no one can tell if it's romantic or not...Well, if it is romantic, it's assured he will wait for her to grow up a bit more, then possibly ask her to be his...well, girl, I guess. He likes to play with her, and sometimes she wants to cuddle with him, which he really likes too.
Hero
A fluffy boy just like him, here's another he feels a kinship towards, because of being fluffy. Since Hero is so...well, heroic and protective, Stem really likes that about him and they became friends rather quick too. He likes to spend time talking about little ones, and how protecting others is good, and also talking about adventuring.
